Flexible, unbreakable Liquid Crystal Thermometers that change colour depending on temperature. Designed for use on the forehead area and are an ideal way to estimate the core body temperature and check for temperature changes and to monitor trends.

Liquid Crystal is widely used for temperature measurement due to its accuracy.

Each temperature event is made from a liquid crystal mixture coated onto the clear polyester and can be formulated to an accuracy of ±0.5°C.

Available with six 1°C temperature events, or twelve 0.5°C temperature events.

Product Specifications:

Flexible, unbreakable and reusable Thermochromic strip  that changes colour depending on the temperature differential between liquid and gas within the bottle, when the bottle is in use. Ideal for butane and propane gas bottles and foam or water fire extinguishers.

By placing the 450mm x 20mm strip vertically down the side of the bottle and following the instructions, the liquid level inside the bottle can be indicated on the strip.
